  • Liaise with our UK HQ to fulfill customer orders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Follow up on quotations and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
  • Compile technical feedback from clients regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma or degree in any field.
  • 2-4 years of customer service or sales support experience.
  • Able to commit to after-hours work and be on standby during weekends (once per month, with allowance provided).
