**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate marine equipment servicing and maintenance orders to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
- Handle client inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate and timely responses.
- Liaise with our UK HQ to fulfill customer orders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Follow up on quotations and ensure that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Compile technical feedback from clients regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma or degree in any field.
- 2-4 years of customer service or sales support experience.
- Able to commit to after-hours work and be on standby during weekends (once per month, with allowance provided).
