Youth Recovery Specialist

Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Adolescent Recovery Coach to provide essential support to adolescents undergoing recovery from eating disorders at Clementine St. Louis. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans
- Engaging clients in healthy relationships and activities
- Assisting with meal preparation and exposure to therapeutic groups
- Conducting observations and providing support
- Accompanying clients to off-site appointments and activities
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field and at least one year of experience in a mental or behavioral health setting. A valid state-issued driver's license with a safe driving history is mandatory. We value candidates with excellent communication and client relations skills, a service-oriented approach, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.
