Job Overview

AHT Cooling Systems USA, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Assembler to contribute to our manufacturing operations.

In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing subassemblies and final products through manual processes. Your daily tasks will include assembling components such as panels, harnesses, enclosures, and other small subassemblies, as well as installing piping and performing brazing tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Utilize hand and power tools to assemble parts and subassemblies.
  • Interpret production orders, product schematics, and identify part numbers accurately.
  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot components effectively.
  • Maintain documentation and update assembly records throughout the production process.
  • Transport finished products for testing and packaging.
  • Engage in cross-training initiatives.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company policies diligently.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using basic hand and power tools.
  • Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, product drawings, and diagrams.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting, testing, and repairing components.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow directions.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt is essential for success in this position.
