Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembler to contribute to our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing both subassemblies and final assemblies through manual processes.


Key Responsibilities
- Utilize hand and power tools to assemble components and subassemblies.
- Interpret production orders, product drawings, and part numbers.
- Conduct inspections and troubleshoot various components.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update assembly records throughout the production process.
- Handle finished products for testing and packaging.
- Engage in cross-training initiatives.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.


Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent education is required.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in mechanical assembly.
- Proficient in using basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read and comprehend work instructions, product drawings, and diagrams.
- Capable of troubleshooting, testing, and repairing components.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to follow directions effectively.
- A flexible attitude and eagerness to learn are essential for success in this position.
