Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Neuroscience Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for managing assigned sales territories, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving sales growth through effective customer engagement and product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute territory business plans to meet or exceed sales expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity to drive sales growth and market share
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales management, marketing, and product development, to drive business results and achieve company objectives
- 2+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, with a focus on neuroscience or related therapeutic areas
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies, tactics, and metrics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 80% of the time
