Job Title: Hearing Instrument Specialist - Sales

At Custom Hearing Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist - Sales to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in creating great experiences for our customers by helping them with their overall hearing healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with patients and their families to identify hearing and communication difficulties.
  • Administer and interpret Audiometric tests to analyze results and make recommendations for treatment options.
  • Dispense hearing aids and perform follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with the local medical community to achieve company financial goals.
  • Organize and participate in local events, such as Lunch & Learns, Community Events, and Health Fairs, to support marketing initiatives.
  • Provide job-related functions in multiple environments, including residential settings, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Support the company's Retirement Community strategy primarily through hearing aid sales.
  • Maintain professional credentials and CEU requirements to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Sales professional, licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist, or Audiologist with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a proven track record of successful business results.

Required Skills:

  • Sales experience with a proven track record of achieving goals in a business-to-consumer environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills to effectively communicate with patients and their families.
  • Ability to work quickly, accurately, and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to communicate information clearly.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and Google Docs proficiency.
  • Ability to educate patients on the causes and effects of hearing loss.
