Emergency Department Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at West Boca Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective nursing care to patients of all ages, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, medication administration, and treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account patient needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Document patient care and outcomes accurately and timely in the electronic health record.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- 2+ years of experience in emergency nursing, preferably in a pediatric or adult setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
