Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bilingual QA Specialist to join our team at Ambercare. As a key member of our senior services team, you will be responsible for conducting in-home visits to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides, ensuring that client care plans are adequate to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor client conditions and performance of duties by Home Care Aides
  • Maintain all company and Department on Aging rules, regulations, and standards
  • Conduct home visits to new clients to welcome and review the Welcome Packet
  • Observe and evaluate Home Care Aides in the client's home to ensure client care plans are being followed
  • Prepare and complete accurate evaluation reports and case notes as needed
  • Maintain schedules to ensure timely completion of all assigned home visits
  • Attend weekly branch meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in senior services or related social service
  • CNA certificate and license preferred; or similar training
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be bilingual and client-focused
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance for travel within the branch service areas
