Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-home visits to monitor and report on the quality of services provided by Home Care Aides, ensuring that client care plans are adequate and meet client needs.
- Maintain all company and Department on Aging rules, regulations, and standards, ensuring compliance and adherence.
- Develop and implement effective quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
- Prepare and complete accurate evaluation reports and case notes, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional customer experiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, including Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA, to ensure compliance and best practices.
Requirements and Competencies:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in senior services or a related social service field.
- CNA certificate and license preferred, or similar training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, caregivers, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions.
- Bilingual proficiency required, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations.
