Position Overview

Cleveland's Old Fashioned Ice Cream is seeking a dedicated ice cream parlor crew member to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a friendly demeanor and be the welcoming face for our patrons. We are looking for someone who is attentive, motivated, and dedicated to providing prompt and personalized service.

Availability: The selected individual should be ready to work up to 40 hours weekly, which may include evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly upon their arrival
  • Oversee ice cream inventory levels
  • Process transactions and handle payments
  • Provide flavor recommendations
  • Respond to customer inquiries
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations
  • Keep the work and dining areas clean and organized
  • Conduct regular cleanliness checks in restrooms for customer and staff comfort

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual abilities are advantageous
  • Flexible schedule, including availability on holidays
