Shift Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of crew members and ensuring that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and ensure that the team is meeting McDonald's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Monitor performance during shifts and take action to ensure that the team is meeting targets.
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth transition and prepare for the next shift.
- Meet targets during shifts and help the assigned departments meet their goals.
- Manage crew members and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
- Ensure that the restaurant is operating safely and securely.
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels to minimize waste and optimize sales.
- Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness tasks to ensure the restaurant is clean and welcoming.
- Develop and implement plans to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or higher education preferred.
