- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Associate/Technical Degree or Bachelor's Degree: Associate/technical degree or bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, preferably in a field related to safety and compliance.
- CSHO, ASP, or CSP Certification: CSHO, ASP, or CSP certification, or equivalent experience.
