BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to our adult and geriatric clients in Cape May County, New Jersey.
About the Job- Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Document client progress, interventions, and evaluations using electronic medical records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in New Jersey.
- Minimum one year of recent, verifiable clinical experience, with prior home care experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills and experience with electronic medical records.
- Ability to travel to client homes as assigned.
