Job Summary

We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Cape May Court House, New Jersey. As a Per Diem RN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our adult and geriatric clients in their homes, working on a per-visit basis. This is a great opportunity to work independently and manage your time effectively, while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to clients in their homes, following a designated care plan and adhering to established protocols.
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' needs and provide care as needed.
  • Administer medications, perform wound care, and provide other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • A current license as a Registered Nurse in New Jersey.
  • A minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
  • Prior home care experience is strongly preferred, but not required.
  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
