  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Monitor and report on residents' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Ensure a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to program policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, psychology, or counseling.
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioral health needs, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
