- High-Risk Patients Co-Managed by Maternal Fetal Medicine via Telemedicine or In-Office Visits

- Care Provided to Low and High-Risk Patients, Including Bariatric Patients

Norton Community Hospital has completed an extensive expansion of its surgery department, significantly enhancing its surgery services and improving the quality and efficiency of care.
Norton Community Hospital (NCH), a 129-bed facility, supports a wide range of healthcare services, including surgery, OB/GYN, pulmonary and critical care, cardiology, general surgery, rehabilitation services, and more. Our hospital is recognized for its outstanding inpatient rehabilitation services, black lung clinic, and high-quality imaging technology.
The draw area serves a population of 75,000 to 100,000, including Southwestern Virginia and Southeastern Kentucky. Local physician primary care networks supply patient referrals, along with marketing support to attract new patients. As employed physicians, this opportunity includes guaranteed base and the opportunity to enhance compensation with an RVU-based productivity model.
