Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to join our team at Power Source Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with company goals, managing and optimizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs, and overseeing the daily operations of the company. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.

- Manage and mentor operational staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Address and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks promptly.
