Position – Product Owner

Job Overview:
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Product Owner/Manager to spearhead the development of products that meet regulatory standards for utilizing Salesforce Case Management. In this capacity, the Product Manager will create internal solutions that our compliance teams utilize to ensure that our seller community can operate smoothly and confidently on our platform while complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a robust product backlog and prioritize initiatives based on ongoing assessments.
- Engage with stakeholders to collect business needs and articulate product specifications leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Document and prioritize product specifications, craft user stories, and create low-fidelity mockups to facilitate the design and development of our Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on design to implement, test, validate, and enhance solutions.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), managing tasks such as UAT test data preparation, issue prioritization, progress reporting, and obtaining stakeholder approvals.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of product launches and feature enhancements.
