Job Title: Senior System Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior System Developer to join our team at Ark Solutions Inc in Washington, DC. This is a 6+ month contract position with a possibility of extension.

Responsibilities:

  • You will report to the Contractor IT Manager and work closely with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys to determine system requirements.
  • You will design entire systems to meet those requirements, perform technical support, including program validations and testing.
  • You will lead a technical team, provide direction, and ensure the successful completion of work.
  • You will prepare system/technical documentation and work under configuration management plan.
  • You will organize and conduct user training sessions on systems developed.

Requirements:

  • You have gov or commercial production full stack solution development and implementation experience using one or more of the follow tech stacks: Service Now, Power apps Suit, Extending cloud.gov.
  • You must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience.
  • You require broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, PC and server-based databases and applications.
  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and supervisory experience.
