About the Role

This Senior Business Systems Lead will serve as a subject matter expert for Infor and related systems, understanding system functionality, integration points, updates, and limitations. They will work closely with stakeholders across the organization, mentoring team members in performing these functions.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Act as point of contact for users of supported business applications, resolving complex application problems.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to improve business processes and workflows.
  • Conduct system testing, including creating test cases and executing test plans.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, working with vendors to resolve technical problems.
  • Provide end-user support and training, including creating user manuals and documentation.
  • Maintain current knowledge of emerging technology, industry best practices, and organizational changes related to supported business partners.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
  • Manage assigned projects, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
