We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team at NavSav Insurance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing commercial business policies, conducting needs analysis with clients, and working closely with Commercial Sales Producers to renew accounts and write new business.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing commercial business policies
  • Conduct needs analysis with each client to identify gaps in coverage
  • Work with Commercial Sales Producers to renew accounts and write new business
  • Manage commercial client accounts and contribute to new business and retention goals
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients
  • Respond to inquiries regarding insurance coverage, policy changes, claims submissions, and billing verification
  • Become familiar with products, services, and systems
  • Contribute to individual goals and agency success through promoting new business, cross-selling, and new initiatives
Requirements
  • Property and Casualty insurance license
  • 4+ years of experience with Commercial Lines
  • Applied EPIC management system experience preferred
  • Pass background check
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good operational computing skills and typing speed
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to multi-task
