  • Demonstrate efficiency and flexibility in performing detailed tasks in a fast-paced work environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively, with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Complete office tasks as needed, and participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
  • Self-motivation, strong attention to detail, team attitude, and appropriate phone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and payroll taxes preferred, and the ability to maintain an updated knowledge of payroll laws (Wage and Hour Laws and multi-state laws).
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate efficiently via phone and/or email.
  • Accurate data entry and payroll processing skills, with proficiency in entering and balancing client information.
  • Flexibility, efficiency, and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
