Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager and Bookkeeper to join our team at Horizon Mechanical Services LLC. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily business operations, coordinating projects, and providing administrative support to our technical and senior executive staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate daily administrative business operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent; five to seven years of previous operations management experience; typing skills of minimum 40 wpm; proficient in Microsoft suite; intermediate ability to operate office equipment; familiar with QuickBooks.
