Position Title: Program Manager

Employment Type: Full Time

Availability: Evenings & Weekends Required

Schedule:

Wednesday-Friday: 3:00pm-8:00pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8:30am-7:00pm

Compensation: $20.00-$25.00/hour

Easterseals Massachusetts operates The Bridge Center, a 22-acre facility designed to provide recreational, therapeutic, and adaptive horsemanship services for individuals of all ages and abilities. Position Summary: The Program Manager is essential in developing, managing, and executing evening and weekend activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate creativity, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to tailor activities to engage all participants. This role demands a proactive individual capable of ensuring the seamless operation of our programs while contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Development: Design and facilitate recreational and camp activities under the guidance of the Recreation Director.
  • Activity Adaptation: Modify activities to accommodate the diverse needs of participants, ensuring engagement and enjoyment.
  • Professional Communication: Manage inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information to participants, families, and staff.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain organized records and reports, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow all relevant state, federal, and organizational regulations.
  • Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with management to deliver safe and enjoyable activities for all participants.

Qualifications:

  • Certification in CPR and First Aid for Children and Adults is required.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a camp, recreational, or educational environment.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with prior management or supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
