About the Role

Fun Town RV is seeking a highly skilled and experienced F&I Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth through effective financial services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between customers and lending institutions to ensure seamless financial transactions.
  • Determine customer financial needs and present tailored payment options.
  • Review and process customer credit applications in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Promote and sell ancillary programs, such as service contracts and GAP insurance.
  • Prepare and finalize financial transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with finance sources and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&I management, preferably in the RV or automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of income production and sales success.
