As a Nurse Coordinator, you will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with patients and their families to ensure they understand their treatment plans
- Triage patients and patient issues to ensure timely and effective care
- Performing symptom management and educating patients about their disease process and treatment
- Collaborating with the team to utilize clinical outcomes data to drive innovative changes in clinical practice
We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies.
Requirements- 1-2 years of experience in outpatient infusion
- Good IV skills and ability to access and use Client's/PICCs
- EPIC/EPIC Beacon experience preferred
- BLS (AHA) certification
