Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues with equipment and processes
  • Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize production
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Requirements:
  • 2-year Electro-Mechanical degree or equivalent experience
  • PLC troubleshooting experience
  • Previous experience in an industrial setting working with machine processes, schedules, and teams
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Essential physical requirements include regular use of hands, talking, and hearing, as well as occasional stooping, kneeling, and crawling
What We Offer:
  • $30-37/hour based on skills and experience, with 1.5x pay on Sunday and $1.20 night shift differential
  • Average yearly salary of around $70K-$90K/year
