Position: Bilingual Onsite Operations Manager
Location: Grand Rapids, MI
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic setting and is passionate about making a positive impact in people's lives. This role is essential for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm with some flexibility for additional shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee staffing needs and implement services that adapt to evolving client requirements.
- Manage the recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.
- Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll processing.
- Provide various reports related to productivity, attendance, and headcount as requested by clients.
- Handle employee relations at the site, including coaching, performance evaluations, and exit interviews.
- Conduct orientation and safety training for new hires.
- Assist with the management of workers' compensation incidents.
- Participate in regular service reviews with clients.
- Act as the communication link between the office and client representatives.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and cultivate relationships with supervisors and team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a customer service capacity with multi-level client communication.
- Background in human resources and data management.
- Proven track record in team or process management.
- Familiarity with a structured, process-driven environment.
- Ability to lead and develop effective, diverse teams.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in operational software, Microsoft Office, and basic data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication skills across various platforms.
- Ability to listen, process information, and influence decision-makers effectively.
