Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team in Kentucky. As a remote call center agent, you will be responsible for handling multiple call types related to health benefits, including SNAP, Medicaid, and TNAF. You will provide exceptional customer service, handle complex calls, and navigate the government's online application tool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer multiple call types focused on assisting KY residents with various health benefits
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle complex calls
  • Navigate the government's online application tool
  • Handle password resets, application status, and application intake/updates
  • Deal with multiple systems to input and read/interpret data back to the caller

Requirements:

  • 1 year minimum experience in high-volume call centers
  • 1 year minimum customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Background and drug screening required
  • Excellent typing and grammar skills
  • Ability to navigate a computer
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette skills
  • Reliable internet access
  • Quiet work environment, free of distractions
  • Must reside in the state of Kentucky for this position

Salary: $16.50 per hour
