Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Concessions Assistant Stand Lead to join our team at the Kaseya Center. As a key member of our Levy Sector team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our concessions stands, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the concessions stand, including inventory management, cash handling, and staff supervision.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Levy Sector team to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Hiring Manager.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in food and beverage service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
