Key Responsibilities
  • Department Leadership: Direct and manage the daily operations of the ITM department, including supervising staff and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and execute all Teller Operations - ITM Manager approved decisions, ensuring that our operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Development: Train, coach, and develop staff members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional service to our members.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and track ITM Teller errors and offages, ensuring that our quality standards are met.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare custom or standardized reports as directed by Leadership, analyzing data and providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Two-year college level of language, math, and reasoning skills.
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a related field with equal responsibilities.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of laws and regulations affecting credit union operations, general ledger accounts, and management techniques to enhance staff productivity and maintain positive staff morale.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to interact positively with co-workers, management, and the public to promote a team effort and maintain a positive attitude even under extreme pressure.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously and maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. The successful candidate will be able to work independently or as part of a team, with minimal supervision.
