The Senior Accountant will be instrumental in facilitating various accounting functions, financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulations and industry standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality outputs while managing multiple assignments concurrently. They should demonstrate the capability to navigate both straightforward and intricate job responsibilities with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and promptly record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Maintain financial schedules and ledgers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Understand and apply relevant accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP or IFRS, as applicable.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank accounts, general ledgers, and other financial documents.
- Execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures for both domestic and international divisions.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Help with actual versus budget cash flow reports for the organization.
- Organize and maintain a database of entity documents and support materials.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of accounting processes.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks as needed.
- Engage in special projects and ad-hoc requests as required.
- 4+ years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, or BILL is a plus.
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous.
- CPA or CPA Candidate status is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Unquestioned ethics and integrity.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in spreadsheet analysis.
