Physician Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Physician Liaison to join our team at SENTA Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with referring physicians, advanced practice providers, and other clinical groups to increase new patient referrals in an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and grow strong relationships with direct referral sources through scheduled account visits and presentations.
- Conduct in-person visits and presentations to referral sources, introducing ENT and Allergy services and new service lines.
- Obtain, interpret, and analyze physician referral data to optimize effectiveness, efficiency, and prioritize logistics plans.
- Leverage SalesForce CRM to develop and maintain an effective field activity tracking system.
- Promote and participate in community awareness through events and outreach.
- Define and continuously refine the competitive landscape and message to assigned practices.
- Resolve physician customer service calls and provide timely follow-up on specific questions and concerns.
- Facilitate introduction of new SENTA providers to referring physicians and relevant support staff.
- Ensure all new referral sources receive appropriate and timely educational information.
- Work with organization's leadership on referral source retention and growth strategies.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and reviews findings with physicians and leadership.
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates degree with minimum of 2 years of sales/healthcare experience.
- Healthcare sales and/or marketing experience required, with pulmonology, urgent care, primary care, pediatrics, and endocrinology experience a plus.
- Experience with SalesForce CRM a plus.
- Excellent in-person communication skills.
- Disciplined to work independently.
- High-level of energy, desire to succeed, and confidence.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
