As a Dialysis Nurse Manager at Dialysis Clinic, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our dialysis facilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a mission-driven organization that prioritizes individualized care for patients with chronic kidney disease.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of nursing professionals to provide safe and efficient dialysis treatments to patients.
- Develop and implement standards of care that meet ESRD Network, regulatory agency, and DCI's Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) program requirements.
- Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, charge nurses, technical managers, staff nurses, and equipment technicians to integrate unit activities related to patient care, staff education, research projects, and unit expansions.
- Supervise nursing, social work, dietitian, and technical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with area operations director to identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements.
- Accredited nursing degree (BSN, AA, RN) required.
- At least six months of dialysis experience, with one year of dialysis experience preferred.
- One year of clinical nursing experience required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Current NM Registered Nurse license required.
