We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Dialysis Nurse Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission-driven culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement standards of care to ensure safe and efficient dialysis treatments for all patients.
  • Supervise nursing personnel and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Collaborate with medical director, social worker, dietitian, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care initiatives.
  • Manage nursing staff supervision and ensure compliance with DCI policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with area operations director to identify operational efficiencies and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Accredited nursing degree required (BSN, AA, RN).
  • At least six months of dialysis experience, with one year of experience preferred.
  • One year of clinical nursing experience required.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Current NM Registered Nurse license.
