Operating Room Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Operating Room Nurse to join our team at Providence Swedish. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a safe and efficient operating room environment.
Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, ensuring seamless transitions and effective communication.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, medication administration, and other relevant data, reporting any concerns or abnormalities to the surgical team.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices, technologies, and evidence-based guidelines.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, respect, and inclusivity, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of Operating Room Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty.
