Our TeamWe are seeking a distinguished RN Same Day Surgery Coordinator CNC to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will ensure and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit/department during the designated shift.
Responsibilities- Direct, monitor, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with established policies/procedures
- Serve as a resource person for staff and model a commitment to our organization's vision/mission/values
- Assess the need for and assist in the creation and implementation of staff development programs to enhance professional growth of personnel
- Facilitate ongoing performance improvement activities that correlate to our Hospital-wide Performance Improvement Program
- Make assignments for the present or following shift to provide for smooth transition and ensure appropriate assignments throughout shift to cover changing patient needs and staff availability
- Current Utah nursing license in good standing
