Dietician Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietician Manager to oversee the Infant Nutrition Lab at Memorial Healthcare System. This vital position will provide clinical skills and oversight necessary for the daily operational processes and coordination of all Infant Nutrition Lab activities.

• Ensure that all patient feedings are produced in a safe environment following industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and competency oversee Infant Nutrition Techs.
• Coordinate, promote, and provide clinical nutrition services for the Infant Nutrition Lab.
• Coordinate all Infant Nutrition Lab activities related to storage, preparation, and distribution of human milk and infant formula.
• Hire and onboard new Infant Nutrition Techs.
• Oversight of performance improvement initiatives within the Infant Nutrition Lab.

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition.
• Dietitian/Nutritionist License (ND LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL).
• Registered Dietitian CDR Certification (CDR) - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Two (2) years of experience as a Dietitian.

The Infant Nutrition Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of complexity, requiring critical thinking skills, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
