The Infant Nutrition Manager will oversee all Infant Nutrition Lab duties, ensuring that all patient feedings are produced in a safe environment following industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include: * Supervision and competency oversight of Infant Nutrition Techs. * Coordinating, promoting, and providing clinical nutrition services for the Infant Nutrition Lab. * Coordinates all Infant Nutrition Lab activities related to storage, preparation and distribution of human milk and infant formula. * Hiring and onboarding of new Infant Nutrition Techs. * Oversight of performance improvement initiatives within the Infant Nutrition Lab.
