The Infant Nutrition Manager will oversee all Infant Nutrition Lab duties, ensuring that all patient feedings are produced in a safe environment following industry standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.

This vital position requires clinical skills, effective communication, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities include:

• Supervision and competency oversight of Infant Nutrition Techs.
• Coordinating, promoting, and providing clinical nutrition services for the Infant Nutrition Lab.
• Coordinates all Infant Nutrition Lab activities related to storage, preparation, and distribution of human milk and infant formula.
• Hiring and onboarding of new Infant Nutrition Techs.
• Oversight of performance improvement initiatives within the Infant Nutrition Lab.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition (Required)
• Dietitian/Nutritionist License (ND LICENSE) - State of Florida (FL)
• Registered Dietitian CDR Certification (CDR) - Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
