Job Summary

The Corporate Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in communicating our brand's narrative across key markets to drive lead generation for the sales team. This position involves developing and executing a comprehensive annual marketing plan that aligns with the company's sales and business development strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the team to create the annual Pivot marketing plan
  • Develop impactful content for corporate marketing strategies, including email outreach and promotional platforms
  • Manage lead generation and content marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery
  • Maintain corporate marketing processes and workflows, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness
  • Provide regular updates on marketing campaigns to relevant Pivot team members
  • Oversee and execute internal and external communications strategies, including written materials and presentations
  • Manage the marketing section of HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data and timely insights
  • Coordinate Pivot's external association and organization activities, including membership, advertising, team participation, and sponsorships
  • Manage social media corporate marketing activities, including content creation and engagement
  • Analyze campaign results and present findings to key stakeholders, measuring success against strategic goals
  • Prepare and manage marketing budgets for corporate marketing initiatives and business unit-specific programs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for managing logistics related to industry association memberships and partnerships
  • Coordinate activities associated with Pivot's presence at events, including registration, pre- and post-event activities, and event briefings
