Job Summary:

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for the Aloft El Segundo/LAX hotel. This role will work closely with the Director of Sales to develop and implement sales strategies, build relationships with clients, and drive business development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, including corporate accounts and travel agencies
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of the hotel's operations, services, and amenities to effectively promote the property to clients
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
