The Maintenance Technician Generalist is a key member of the Mayroad team, responsible for ensuring the physical condition and appearance of our residential properties and other assets are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Repair Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance-related problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain Properties: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, to ensure properties are safe and well-maintained.
- Operate Equipment: Safely operate various equipment, such as pressure washers, cleaning machines, and other tools necessary for the job.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other Mayroad team members to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously update knowledge and skills to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent; vocational school or associate's degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in general residential maintenance in a multi-family residential setting, including HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical experience.
