Job Description:
The Culinary Operations Director is responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability in the culinary division. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for menu innovation and expansion.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote our culinary services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
- Oversee the development of new menu items and concepts, working closely with chefs and other stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility and profitability.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive business strategy and direction.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role within the culinary industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
