We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Clinical Decision Unit at Prisma Health. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact on patient care and contribute to the transformation of healthcare.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in need, utilizing evidence-based practices and research to inform clinical decision-making.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that prioritize patient safety, quality outcomes, and cost-effective strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices in nursing, ensuring compliance and excellence in all aspects of care delivery.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and empathy among colleagues and stakeholders.
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:
- A strong foundation in nursing principles, policies, and procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a registered nurse, or successful completion of the Prisma Health Nurse Residency Program or a comparable residency from another organization.
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
