Job Title: Exchange Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Exchange Administrator to join our team at Entergy. As an Exchange Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Microsoft Exchange environment, ensuring seamless email services for our users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers and related infrastructure
  • Perform daily responsibilities to ensure email services are running smoothly
  • Assist in the design and implementation of future-state Exchange environment
  • Provide required system reporting (audit, performance, etc)
  • Responsible to provide problem resolution, root cause analysis, management, and documentation of all Messaging related issues
Requirements:
  • BS/BA degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or other technical area of study
  • 6+ years of experience as an Exchange Administrator or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory and Azure
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
  • Working knowledge of email security standards and practices
  • Understanding of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls
  • Specific and direct experience with at least one ticketing system (Service Now, Remedy, HEAT, etc)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications in Microsoft Exchange Server
  • Experience with business operations and best in class technology landscape
  • Knowledge of email security protocols and best practices
