We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at MacKay Sposito. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing a variety of civil engineering projects. Your expertise will be essential in delivering high-quality projects that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Provide design guidance and technical expertise to project teams
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success
  • Supervise and mentor technical staff to ensure project deliverables are met
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control reviews to ensure project quality
  • Prepare and manage project scope, budget, and schedule
  • Assist with business development efforts to cultivate strong client relationships
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
  • Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in Washington and/or Oregon
  • 2+ years of experience in civil engineering project management
  • Water resources and stormwater experience preferred
  • Experience mentoring engineers and design technicians
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Western Washington Hydrology Model
  • Experience in specification writing and engineering cost estimate preparation
