Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Respiratory Therapist to join our team at St. Elizabeth's Medical Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of respiratory therapists and providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of respiratory therapists in providing high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement respiratory care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and training to respiratory therapy staff
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in respiratory therapy, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related field is required, and a current RRT certification is a must.
