Position Overview
HPS is looking to hire an Analyst or Associate to join the Credit Facility Management team based in New York. This team is responsible for the daily oversight of credit facilities across the HPS platform, which includes asset-backed facilities secured by HPS fund investments, subscription facilities backed by capital commitments from HPS investors, and more customized financing solutions.
The ideal candidate will be exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail. They must possess the ability to meet stringent deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A passion for a dynamic work environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring compliance with credit facility terms, including ongoing Borrowing Base compliance.
- Reviewing fund investments to optimize the financing of underlying assets.
- Managing all compliance and reporting requirements related to credit facilities.
- Overseeing the loan approval process with lenders.
- Monitoring the financial health of underlying obligors and maintaining communication with investment professionals to identify potential impacts on credit facilities.
- Managing relationships with custodians and trustees.
- Monitoring and managing liquidity across HPS funds.
- Handling audit requests associated with credit facilities.
- Maintaining credit facility information within internal HPS systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 1-7 years of experience in the financial services sector.
- Familiarity with credit facilities and/or CLOs.
- Understanding of bank loans.
- Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
- Hybrid work schedule with a 4/1 split (Monday to Thursday in the office; Friday remote).
- Full-time, Exempt.
