Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our Power & Manufacturing - Advanced Energy/Generation & Energy Management Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing sustainable energy solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop advanced energy systems, including gas turbines, steam turbines, reciprocating engines, and biomass plants.
  • Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to identify optimal energy solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Mentor junior staff members and provide technical guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering best practices and ability to apply them in a practical setting.
  • Advanced proficiency with engineering software, including Revit, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
  • Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and basic business practices.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
